Registration

To register your child for kindergarten, you must bring the following items:
  • Proof of residency (any two of the items listed)

    1. Signed lease agreement
    2. Rental receipt
    3. Utility bill (electric, gas, water)
    4. Current listing on income tax form
    5. Proof of home ownership

  • Certified copy of child’s birth certificate
  •  Immunization record
  • Kindergarten Health Assessment

Your child must be five years old on or before August 31, 2015, to enroll in kindergarten for the 2015-16 school year.
To register a 1st grader, you must bring the following items:
  • Proof of residency (any two of the items listed)

    1. Signed lease agreement
    2. Rental receipt
    3. Utility bill (electric, gas, water)
    4. Current listing on income tax form
    5. Proof of home ownership

  • Certified copy of child’s birth certificate
  • Immunization record
     

You will receive enrollment paperwork to complete when you come to register your child.
Attendance

If your child is tardy or absent, you must provide a doctor’s note and/or a handwritten note within three days in order for the tardy or absence to be marked excused.

Address and/or phone number changes during the school year.

It is extremely important to keep your child’s information up to date. If you need to make a change, contact your child’s teacher or myself as soon as possible.
