Welcome to a new and exciting school year at Eastern Elementary School!
It is a true privilege to serve as the principal of our wonderful school. With over 30 years of experience in education, I have had the joy of working with children and families across many stages of learning—but there is something truly special about the early years. These foundational moments shape a child’s future, and we are honored to partner with you in guiding and nurturing that growth.
I am very excited to begin my 6th year at Eastern Elementary School and my third year as School Principal. The various roles I have held include 20 years as a classroom teacher, an MTSS coach, District Program Specialist, and Assistant Principal in Kindergarten through eighth grades.
I am a Beaufort County native who loved school and have also raised my 2 daughters here. My family loves our little town of Washington. My door is always open and just know that I will always strive to do what is best for your child.
